What's with the medical mumbo jumbo? I am a person living with, and trying to live beyond, a rare autoimmune disease called Scleroderma. Complications from this disease have damaged my lungs causing potentially life-threatening problems including pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) and pulmonary fibrosis (scarring in the lungs). There is no cure.
